Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are delighted to let you know that our next rehearsal will be on Sunday 6th February in-person.
Please Note –
New Venue: The rehearsal will be held in Beechwood Parish Community Hall. 60 Mountain View Road , Ranelagh D06 TD65 . The venue is just a short 5 min walk from the Beechwood LUAS stop.

Rehearsal Timetable:
Senior YOPS – 9.30am – 11.30am
Junior YOPS – 12.30pm – 2.15 pm
To ensure staff and students are as safe as possible :
- We are asking that all students adhere to and follow all current Covid19 Guidelines in relation to close contact and isolation
- All Students and Staff will be required to wear facemasks for the duration of rehearsals.
- Hand Sanitisers will be provided on entry/exit.
- Windows will be open in the venue so dress accordingly
- There will be no refreshment break this term, although students will be given a 5 min toilet break. If any student wishes to bring their own drink or snack they are welcome to.
Rehearsal Requirements:
- All students must bring their own music stand, sheet music and pencil with them. Under health and safety protocols they will not be permitted to share these with any other students.
- New empty folders will be given to students on the day of the 1st rehearsal to place their music in.
Drop-Off/Pick-up : Unfortunately there is no space for parents to wait inside the building, so therefore we would ask that students are dropped off and collected promptly.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back for our first live rehearsal in almost 2 years.
