The winning players include Sarah (leader), Nicole, Wei Ying, Alison, Laura and Sarah on violin. Tilly, Feargha and Ellen on viola, and Jane, Alannah and Róise on cello.

It was a close contest with six groups competing but the group gave a very polished performance of Santa Lucia with plenty of contrast and a sophisticated interplay between the instruments under the direction of Kitty Dalligan. Silver medals were presented to each of the players by Michael D’Arcy.
